Terms of Service

The product

Rowlead searches public posts for conversations that may match a product you describe, helps you filter them, and can draft a reply. You review and post that reply yourself. We do not log into your social accounts and we do not post, comment, or message anyone on your behalf.

Results depend on public posts, third-party sites, and automated scoring. We do not promise a number of leads, replies, customers, or revenue.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. One person or business may not keep more than one free account to get around limits.

Your account

You are responsible for the email, password, and Google account you use to sign in, and for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else is using it.

Acceptable use

You will follow the rules of any site you post on, including Reddit's terms and content policies. You will not use the product to spam, harass, impersonate someone, scrape in a way that breaks another site's rules, break the law, or try to get around plan limits.

You are solely responsible for the replies you post. A draft from the product is a suggestion. Read it before you post it.

Your content

You keep ownership of the product descriptions, keywords, and reply text you write. You give us permission to host, copy, and process that material only to run the product for you, including sending it to an AI provider to score a post or draft a reply.

Public posts we show you belong to their authors and to the sites that host them. Saving a lead in your account does not give you ownership of that post.

Plans, trials, and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. A 3-day trial, when offered, needs a card. You are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel in the billing page before the trial ends if you do not want the subscription.

After the trial, the plan renews each period until you cancel. Canceling stops the next charge. We do not refund a period that has already started, except where the law requires a refund. We do not store your card number.

We may change prices or plan limits. A price change applies to the next renewal after we tell you, and you can cancel before that renewal.

Availability

The product is provided as available. Search providers, AI providers, and payment providers can fail or change their rules. We may suspend the product for maintenance, abuse, or a provider outage.

Our intellectual property

The Rowlead name, site, and software belong to us. These terms do not sell or license that property to you except for the right to use the product while your account is in good standing.

Disclaimers

The product is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that drafts are accurate, that a lead will buy, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Rowlead is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, customers, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for a claim related to the product is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing.

Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, the limits apply only as far as the law allows.

Your responsibility for what you post

You will cover Rowlead against claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs that come from your posts, your product claims, your misuse of public content, or your breach of these terms or of another site's rules.

Ending access

You may stop using the product and cancel a paid plan at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, creates risk for other people, or is unused. If we close a paid account for our own convenience rather than for a breach, we will refund the unused days of the current period.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States that apply to the operator of the service, except where the laws of your country give you rights that cannot be waived. These terms are the whole agreement about the product and replace earlier understandings about it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do. If you keep using the product after that date, the updated terms apply. If you do not agree, cancel and stop using the product.
